Can't trust a guy with a girl's body.
Summary:
Yukari has made a magical device that allows two persons to convey feelings to each other without speaking, and Yukari hopes to use the device to get Tsukune and Moka to have a threesome with her. Yukari arrives in class early and falls asleep at her desk, and while she's sleeping Fong Fong arrives and starts messing with the device. Yukari wakes up just as Fong Fong accidentally activates the device. The device zaps the both of them just as Moka and Tsukune arrive in the room. Fong Fong and Yukari realize they have switched bodies with each other. Yukari(now in Fong Fong's body) drags Fong Fong to washroom to sort things out. It turns out the device overloaded and results in the two switching bodies with each other, and unfortunately the device is also busted and needs fixing. Fong Fong soon shows himself to be a pervert, Yukari wants to keep an eye on her own body. As the two are walking to the classroom, Yukari examines her own body and realizes that she can't compete with the other girls. The situation is then made worse when Kurumu and Mizore arrive to tease Yukari, and Yukari (in Fong Fon's body) is driven away.
It has always been Fong Fong's dream to switch into a girl's body and go to a girl's physical.
Yukari is back at the newspaper club feeling depressed when suddenly there's announcement for a student physical exam. Yukari immediately goes to grab Tsukune for assistance although she doesn't tell Tsukune about the body-switching. By chance the two runs into Haiji and Gin who are crawling through a secret tunnel to the girl's gym to peek at the girl's physical. Following the tunnels, Tsukune and Yukari crawl into the storage space beneath the gym's floor, and Yukari can hear Fong Fong making strange noises nearby. Tsukune tries to persuade Yukari to go back, but Yukari changes topic and asks if Tsukune only thought of her as a little sister and not as a woman. Tsukune suddenly becomes serious and states that Yukari is one of his most trusted female friends.
At this moment, Kokoa detects Haiji and Gin's presence under the gym floors and starts attacking. While all the other girls and Fong Fong are wondering that's going on, Yukari emerges out of the storage base with her new and improved heart-to-heart transmission device. Before using the device, Yukari tells Tsukune that she was really happy to hear his words and he's the guy she loves the most, and Tsukune is confused as to whether it was Fong Fong and Yukari speaking. Yukari zaps herself and Fong Fong with the device and the two are back to their original bodies. Afterwards, Tsukune and Fong Fong have to run for their lives from Kokoa and many other female students while Yukari becomes goes to her physical with a new found confidence.

Another filler chapter, and with the classic/cliched body-switching setup to boot. Looks like the author still hasn't decided where to go with the main plot with Fairy Tale. Anyways, Yukari finally gets her own spotlight chapter now that all the other girls have had their own chapters/story arcs. I guess the point of this chapter is that underneath Yukari's childish and perverted desire to get Tsukune and Moka into a threesome, Yukari genuinely likes Tsukune and should be taken as seriously as the other girls in Tsukune's harem. Tsukune takes Yukari serious, so we probably should too. There's not much else to the chapter than that, although we learned that Yukari can make some crazy devices out of paper and always has metal washing pans and buckets on hand to hit people with even when she's in someone else's body.
