The counterattack begins... with a trip to the docks?
Summary:
Kurono #1 is teleported away from his hotel room to an outdoor location with many other Gantzers. Kurono #1 meets up with the rest of the Tokyo team as everyone is wondering what's going on. A few Gantzers standing near some Gantz balls start to speak and tell the rest of the Gantzer that they'll be sent into enemy territory. The Gantzers in charge warn the others not to oppose as there are now bombs planted in their heads, and they drive home the point by killing a guy who is pointing his gun at them. The Tokyo team along with the rest of Gantzers are then teleported to an alien location where many of the giant humanoid aliens are sightseeing.
Back at the hotel, some of the students are killed by disc cannons while Tae wonders where Kurono #1 had gone.

Wow, I didn't expect the story to go this way at all. At this rate, Gantz may never end. Just goes to show how unpredictable this series can be. Instead of a "real" Gantz mission, it seems that the Gantzers in charge have hacked some Gantz balls and are using the balls to control the other Gantzers. I was hoping that we might find out something about who's really behind the Gantz, but it looks like the story will take the long scenic route to that point. Speaking of scenic, the Tokyo team and the rest of the unwilling Gantzers are teleported to some alien sightseeing point, possibly on the alien's home world. Instead of defending against the invasion, the Gantzers may have become invading aliens themselves. I'm not sure what the Gantzers in charge are trying to achieve, but I have a feeling that someone is going to murder them eventually. I guess it's time for the humans to slaughter a few alien civilians just as the alien invading force has done to the humans.
