Zastin: It's a little light to be my dumbbell, but thanks for the offer.
The view was worth the kidnapping.
Part 1 Summary:
Saki is enamored with Zastin and can't stop thinking about him after he lifted her limo free from a hole on the road. Noticing their leader's lovesickness, Rin and Aya decide to do something about it. At lunch, Rito is trying to escape Lala who made some smoke-spewing alien substance, but he is kidnapped by Rin and Aya. On the roof, Rin and Aya demand that Rito call Zastin to the school so Saki can confess to him. Rito agrees and calls Zastin to come to school. While Aya runs to give Saki the good news, Rin tells Rito about why she and Aya follow Saki around. Rin comes from a family that has always served Saki's family, but Aya follows Saki because Saki saved her from bullies when they were younger. Rito is a bit surprised by the story but is glad to learn that Saki isn't a bad person at all.
Zastin shows up at the school and wonders what Rito wants. Rin and Aya pushes Saki out to confess to Zastin, but Saki has trouble speaking due to embarrassment. Rito is also watching from behind a corner, but he is discovered by Lala who forces Rito to try her cooking. The taste of Lala's cooking causes Rito to run blindly into Saki, and the collision gives Zastin a full view of Saki's panties. Saki and her friend start chasing Rito around for retribution and Lala also follows the group. Meanwhile, Zastin decides that it's none of his business and walks home.
Don't lie Zastin. You saw something real nice.
One of the many reasons why Run hates Lala.
Part 2 Summary:
At her home, Run opens up an intergalactic package containing a skunk whose spray makes people much younger. Run plans to spray Lala and make her into a kid as to get revenge for all the pain Lala has caused, but Run herself is sprayed by the skunk and turns to a child. Run walks to school asking Lala and Rito for help, and it so happens that the skunk is also at the school. Lala tries to catch the skunk but also gets sprayed, leaving Rito to chase the little alien beast. Inside the school, Haruna and Yui spot the skunk and starts petting it because it's cute, but upon Rito's arrival the skunk sprays Yui. The skunk runs all over the school, turning most of the students into kids, and Haruna is stuck tending to them. Having caused so much trouble, Run takes it upon herself to solve the problem and she spots the skunk resting on top of the rooftop water silo. Run climbs up and manage to trap the skunk in a box, but she falls off the ledge. Thankfully, Lala arrives and ropes Run's hand with an elastic cord. Run begins to think Lala really cares about her after all and is about to forgive Lala for all past transgressions, but Lala pulls too hard and sends Run flying away. However, the skunk falls right into Lala's hands. Some distance away from the school, Run pulls herself out from the mud and decides she hates Lala after all.
As expected, Risa and Mio and right in the middle of the action in groping Haruna.
Part 3 summary:
Risa and Mio are talking about giving boys chocolates at school and they notice that Yui is listening in on their conversation. Risa and Mio asks if Yui has someone on her mind and the first face that Yui thinks of is Rito, and this causes her to leave the classroom in embarrassment. Yui walks past Lala, Haruna and Oshizu, and Lala and Oshizu notice that Yui seems to be more down than usual. Yui walks outside and hides behind a corner when she spots Rito and Saruyama hanging out. Saruyama is dreaming about Riko giving him some chocolate, but Rito is going to make sure it doesn't happen. Rito then states that a boy should be happy to get chocolates from a girl, even if it is just obligation chocolates. As Saruyama gets jealous because Rito will get chocolates from Lala and Mikan no matter what, Yui thinks about Rito's words and gets an idea.
Thankfully, this will never happen.
At the Kotegawa residence, Yuu sneaks into the kitchen and asks his little sister if she's making chocolates for Rito, and this causes a big reaction from Yui denying that the chocolates have anything to do with Rito. Before leaving the kitchen, Yuu tells Yui that she has changed and he wishes his little sister good luck with the chocolates. After a lot of hard work, Yui has finished making her chocolate and all that's left to do is to hand it to Rito on Valentine's Day. In her enthusiasm, Yui forgot that she has to personally give the chocolate to Rito, and now she's not sure what to do.
Yui has brought her homemade chocolate to school, but she's feeling nervous about giving it to Rito. Yui spots Rito and Saruyama arriving, and soon the two guys are joined by Mio and Risa who gives the guys giri chocolates. Yui notes how easily Risa and Mio handed away their chocolates and tries to convince herself that it'll be okay.
During break, Yui approaches Rito to give him the chocolate, but she becomes too nervous and storms away, leaving Rito dazed and confused. Back in class, Yui thinks to herself that giving chocolate is a rather tough task. The teacher ends the class and tells Rito and Yui, who are on class duty", to carry a stack of paper to the office. While walking to the office together, Yui makes another attempt but Rito misinterprets the situation and gets on the ground to beg for forgiveness. Suddenly Run appears and tackles Rito to get him her chocolate via mouth-to-mouth delivery. Rito tries to back away but he knocks Yui over and ends up staring at Yui's panties.
Handing out some love.
After storming away once again, Yui has all but given up giving her chocolate to Rito. While walking outside of the school, Yui spots Lala and Haruna giving Rito some chocolate that the two girls made together. After seeing Rito's smiling face, Yui remembers her brother's words that boys will be happy to receive chocolate, even if it's just giri chocolate. Later at the stairs, Rito is still feeling upbeat from receiving Lala and Haruna's chocolate when he is approached by Yui, who hands Rito her chocolate. Rito is a little surprised that Yui is giving him chocolate, but he's happy nonetheless, and Yui is secretly happy as well. After returning home, Mikan gives Rito some giri chocolates and inspects Rito's hurl for the day. Mikan is a little surprised that Yui gave Rito chocolate but she's not too surprised.

Three more chapters from the manga, I found these to be pretty enjoyable. There wasn't anything that stands a lot this week (unlike the tail licking and sucking a la Momo from the last episode), but each segment had its little charms and was fairly amusing. It was good to see Run and Saki getting their own segments this week since they don't get to be in the limelight as often as the other girls. For Run's segment, I always find people being turned to little kids funny, so I giggle during that segment.
The last segment was for Yui, and she's always a treat due her tsundere attitude towards Rito. Yui has been quite a bit of spotlight this season, being the focus for three segments which amounts to 1/5 of the show so far. It's not really a surprise though since in the original manga Yui was just behind Lala and Haruna in terms of prominence (Yami and Mikan are probably around the same level), and there were a number of Yui-centric chapters in the latter parts of the manga, some of which are being covered now. The Valentine chocolate story is actually two chapters from the manga and Xebec didn't do too bad of a job fitting the story into one segment. The fact that the segment was two chapters was the reason why the summary for that part is extra-long. I copied and pasted my summaries from both manga chapters, and back in those days I'm even wordier in my summaries (hard to believe right?).
Overall, it was another decent episode of Motto To Love-Ru. I guess all the episode will be more or less the same anyways.
