For someone who can't stop yapping, it's only appropriate that Tousen gets a mouth hole in his mask.
Summary:
Tousen attacks and slices the right arm of Komamura's giant bankai, and the injury is reflected on Komamura's own arm. Komamura then swings the giant around and knocks Tousen into some buildings. Tousen's left arm is badly broken, the former shinigami quickly regenerates the arm with his Hollow-mask powers. Komamura comments that Tousen have abandoned his nature, but Tousen state that Komamura never really knew his true nature. Tousen then goes on a speech stating that the his goal of joining the Gotei 13 was to get revenge on the shinigamis, and justice in his eyes is killing the people responsible for his friend's death. After hearing Tousen's declaration, Komamura states that the two of them will never see eye to eye and he is prepared to strike his former friend down. Tousen laughs at Komamura and summons his resureccion.
Meanwhile, Shinji releases his zanpukto against Aizen and states that Aizen's zanpukto isn't the only one who can completely control people's nervous systems.

Mostly a chatting chapter, but there were some interesting info as well. So the reason Tousen betrayed the shinigamis is that he hated them all along since his friend was killed by her drunk shinigami husband or something like that. I'm sure Aizen's influence only amplified the hate. In typical Bleach fashion, Tousen and Komamura discuss about the meaning of justice before outright declaring war on each other, and Komamura is probably going to get his behind handed to him. Komamura's bankai has a lot of power, but it makes him really vulnerable since any hits on the giant is reflected on Komamura, and the giant is such a ... giant target. Komamura would be in trouble even if the only thing Tousen does is to pepper the giant with projectile attacks. It's quite curious that instead of using his own bankai, Tousen now as a resurrecion a la the arrancars, and this confirms that his hollowfication is more advanced than the Vizards. I wonder if this an improved version of his bankai, or does he have his original bankai on top of this?
The other fight that's developing is Shinji vs. Aizen. Shinji hints that he has hypnotic zanpukto as well and supposedly Aizen has never seen it in action. I guess that means Shinji will buy enough time until Ichigo arrives?
I also wonder what the other Vizards and shinigami are doing. They have the numbers advantage, why not use it? Are they still sticking to their honour system of one on one? Well it wasn't one on one against Tousen while Hisagi was still in the fight. I guess the other people just want to get some popcorn and watch the fights.
